Park & Recreation Design Services -
NPRD can start with a raw piece of land or existing park and design or re-design to meet the specific needs of the client. We provide site plan drawings, detail drawing of specific areas where needed, line item budgets and detailed write ups about the design. We can work with existing budgets or create budgets whatever is required. These services are provided to small to medium sized cities at little to no cost.
Playground Designs -
We want to design Playgrounds either as individual systems or as part of a larger plan that incorporate quality materials and workmanship, proven safety ratings, and the right group of features to meet the needs of whatever age group determined. With the assistance of our Playground Manufacturers represented by NPP we provide custom computer generated plans and specifications to meet these needs and for presentation.
Open Space & Greenbelt Designs -
How to utilize open space and maintaining its natural beauty with low impact features and attractions is always a challenge. NPRD can assist creating designs that work for everyone and achieve these objectives.
WaterPark Design -
Whether your needs are big or small, NPRD can meet your design and construction oversight needs in Water/Splash Parks. These are growing in popularity and we have some variety and options in companies that pass on more options to our clients. Our systems are installed using a Master Plumber along with our trained installation crews working with local concrete and electrical contractors to provide you the best systems for the lowest cost.
Nature and Wetland Area Design -
In many areas or spaces dedicated to Park, Recreation or Green Spaces we find existing nature and wetland areas that with a little help can become even better habitats for local wildlife, local and migratory birds. These areas are important as nesting sites and can be improved to increase nesting and becoming a beautiful part of any park plan.
Park Master Plan Development -
NPRD provides Park Master Plan Development services for small to medium sized cities and towns for little to no cost at all. This service includes implementing a Citizens Survey, Focus Group meeting and takes into consideration all existing park inventory and future growth areas and filters this through the industry guidelines. This process helps determine park and recreation requirements based or tied specifically to current and future planned population growth. These are comprehensive plans that in many cases are required by states for or with the submission of park and recreation grants.
Grant Writing Services -
NPRD provides Grant Writing services for small to medium sized cities and other clients going to private, state and in some cases federal offerings. Our team works with the city staff and/or clients/volunteers in the design, application completion, scoring system, narratives, budgets, and all necessary drawings and photographs require for submission. In addition, NPRD can act as Grant Administrator to insure compliance and post compliance to make sure that future grant status is preserved.
Professional Services -
NPRD provides a variety of design, preparation, bidding, presentation and follow-up services to cities, schools, churches and private/commercial developments. These services to governments and churches are provided at little to no cost at all to the client/customer.
Construction Management -
NPRD and NPP through this process do provide discounted Construction Management services that will oversee all aspects from start to finish relating to construction of these projects. These services are provided as stated at little cost and reflect significant discounts to our clients when compared to the historical methods used.
Project Management Services -
When NPRD and NPP are operating under a Construction Management Contract/Agreement on a project they will provide an on-site Project Manager that will orchestrate the schedule, provide updates to all parties as designated, and will oversee all on-site activities on behalf of NPRD, NPP and the client.
Design/Build Services -
