Cities and Townships represent a significant part of our business each year where designing parks with a wide range of services is a real need in today’s market. These government entities have an obligation to their citizenry to objectively plan parks, recreation areas, green spaces and athletic facilities that meet the needs of these diverse populations. Noah’s pArk & reCreation provides the necessary experience and creative innovation to assist these cities in every aspect from concept to completion including public and private grant writing services.
 

School Playground & Parks -
Our staff works with school administrations, staff and parent/teacher organizations assisting in design, fund raising methods to completion. Our playgrounds and installation staff insure that safety and compliance are a top priority in all of our school yard developments.

HOA Parks -
Home Owners Associations throughout our service areas are faced with the challenges of designing multi-faceted parks and service areas with safety and security in mind. Noah’s pArk & reCreation Design is experienced in providing the assistance and expertise to streamline these challenges into a comprehensive plan. We provide assistance to the HOA board in homeowner/member presentations and coordination of volunteer support as well.
 

Water Parks – SprayPads
Noah’s pArk & reCreation Design staff can incorporate affordable Splash Pad developments into your project. The high cost of pool maintenance and staffing has moved a lot of cities and HOA’s into this market. These features can include a large variety of attractions that are safe, efficient and requires very little maintenance and no onsite staff requirements to operate safely. In addition, larger WaterPark designs, equipment and services are available to our entire client base with new innovations and great savings.
 

Camping and Fishing Facilities & Parks -
Overnight camping facilities are becoming more popular as a city owned project and NPRD can design/build with well planned land use with creative site planning. In addition, our team can assist all of our customers in the design and construction of fishing docks/piers and facilities that increase local recreation. State and private grants as well are available for these services and our staff can handle this for you as well.

Lake Management Systems
Water Features & Lake Fountains
Many parks and green belt spaces involve water features, ponds, creeks or even large lakes. It requires the right experience and expertise in developing management systems that address the key components of building a natural ecosystem. Noah’s pArk & Recreation’s staff has just that experience ranging from large to small, natural to man-made features and can assist our customers in turning a mud puddle into a thriving habitat with the highest water quality and clarity through proven techniques and systems.

Green Belts & Open Spaces -

Most cities are requiring these types of areas within newly approved residential sub-division developments. These are great spaces to add low impact Hike/Bike/Fitness Trails, Nature Trails to Disc Golf Courses that increase usage while maintaining a very low impact to the area preserving the natural qualities and buffers for these neighborhoods. NPRD can assist cities in enhancing these areas.

Special Needs / Handicap Parks – ADA Compliance -
Every aspect of our communities has a responsibility and obligation to provide access to park and recreation facilities that incorporate the equipment and surfacing to safely meet the special needs or our handicapped citizens.  NPRD takes these needs into every design and is also experienced in designing complete Special Needs Parks for schools, organizations and cities.

Specialty Parks

From Early Childhood, Village Concepts to Skate Parks, the design team at Noah’s pArk & recreation can incorporate these specialty requests into an overall park site plan and design or design one specifically.

Other
Noah’s pArk & reCreation also designs all of the Landscaping, Irrigation Systems and other needed amenities or services into any park or recreation area as needed or specified. Our group of installers are also experienced and licensed in Irrigation Systems and Landscaping where we have both an Arborist and Horticulturist on our consulting staff that assist us in making these decisions and selections.
